CAMBRIDGE HOME VALUES ANALYSIS
Fall 2021
 

For a GIS class, I sought to explore the relationship between the construction of new multi-family housing and nearby home values in Cambridge, Massachusetts. To do so, I cleaned multiple public data sets in Excel and then mapped and analyzed them in ArcGIS. Upon completing my analysis, I produced a 10-page report and 20-minute presentation which outlined my research question, data sources, methodology, results, and conclusions.
